Vanilla Cake
I absolutely love this recipe! For someone who grew up on box cake mixes this is the cake for you. It tastes so much better then box cake and is stiff light and fluffy like a box cake. It’s also so easy to make!
I start out by mixing the dry ingredients; white cake mix, flour, salt, and sugar. Next I add water, eggs, vanilla, olive oil, and sour cream. Once everything is combined its time to bake. This recipe is great too because you can add in whatever color you like to create crazy wild cakes!
Bake for about 25-30 minutes until it passes the tooth pick test! That’s it and it tastes sooooo great!
White Vanilla Cake
Ingredients
1 Box white cake mix
1 Cup flour
1 Cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 1/3 Cup water
1 Cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
4 Egg whites
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven 325 degrees
Grease cake pans
Combine flour, cake mix, sugar, and salt
Add water, olive oil, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream
Mix well
Place in cake pans
Bake 25-30 minutes until passes tooth pick test
