Banana Bread

Banana bread is one of my favorites! There is no better way then to start your day with a warm piece of banana bread.  As much as I love cake, I love this banana bread even more!  It’s so simple to make and tastes amazing.  The smell coming from the oven is out of this world.  It is a must try recipe that you will try and try again!

To start this delicious bread you need 3 very ripe bananas.  I’ve even upped the banana and used 4 bananas before.  Usually I choose 3 large ripe bananas or 4 medium size bananas.  Once you pick out your bananas mash them up with a fork in a medium-mixing bowl.

Next add all the wet ingredients, which include; melted butter, 1 whisked egg, and vanilla extract.  Then I like to add in the small dry ingredients before the larger ones.  So I mixed in sugar, baking soda, and salt.   Lastly I mix in the flour.

Once everything is combined pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.  Bread should pass the toothpick test and spring back when you poke it.

Like I said before this bread is so delicious and soooo very easy to make.  I hope you add it to your favorite bread list!
