Buffalo Chicken Ring

Buffalo Chicken is what’s for dinner!

I keep seeing recipes that use crescent rolls as a base.  This got me thinking why not try something new with one for my family’s favorite buffalo chicken recipes.  I can honestly say these turned out great! With no leftovers! Now that my family loves this recipe I can’t wait till football season to share, it’s that good.

You are going to need, softened cream cheese,  sriracha sauce, franks red hot sauce, mozzarella cheese, celery, crescent rolls, cooked shredded chicken, and blue cheese.

First I cooked the chicken then shredded it.  You can take a short cut and use roasted chicken but I tend to use chicken breast because it’s healthier and I always have raw chicken breast on hand.  Once the chicken is ready I set it aside to cool a bit.  You don’t want to start cooking the cheese ingredients before it’s time.

Add cream cheese, sriracha sauce, hot sauce, and blue cheese in large bowl.

Lastly add in chicken.

Next on a greased pizza pan lay out your crescent rolls in a ring pattern.  Then add chicken mixture to the inside of the ring.  Then wrap the ends of the triangles around the mixture creating a ring.
